How to Not Lose Hope on the Job Search

Since 2000, I’ve been rejected during various stages of the interview process for positions including:

• Entrepreneur In Residence

What does this tell me? Someone somewhere has wanted me enough to put me through the process of speaking to me about these roles, and someone may again. 

Don’t take rejection as a sign of your inability; take it as a sign that the company valued enough to have the conversation with you. Keep note of the positions you didn’t get, and let them be a reminder to you of what your value is in interviews to come.
